Let’s talk

Before any call: how we work, how long a project usually takes, what moves the timeline.

So you can decide whether it’s worth a conversation.

This isn’t us being picky about clients: it’s the opposite. Most agencies only discuss timelines and terms after a few calls. We’d rather start here: how it works, what changes the schedule, what’s included and what isn’t.

If we’re in the right ballpark for you, we can talk about the rest.

How it works

Four steps, from the first message to the site going live. The quote comes after the analysis, not before: without seeing your data it would be a random number.

FIRST CALL

Thirty minutes, free. You tell us about platform, volumes, integrations and deadlines; we tell you straight away whether replatforming is the right answer.

ANALYSIS

One or two weeks. We map data, URLs and integrations and hand you the migration plan, with timeline and a fixed-price quote.

PROJECT

The five phases of how we work, with a single point of contact and a progress update every week.

AFTER LAUNCH

We monitor the first weeks ourselves. Then, if you like, a support retainer; otherwise the site is yours to run.

If your request isn’t a fit for us we’ll tell you, and where we can, we’ll point you to someone who can help.

No commitment until you approve the plan.

How long it takes

CORPORATE WEBSITES

6 to 10 weeks from the end of the analysis to go-live, for a corporate or editorial website.

ECOMMERCE

8 to 14 weeks. Catalogue, customers and order history weigh more than the design.

INTEGRATIONS

ERP, PIM, logistics: 4 to 8 extra weeks, depending on how many systems need connecting.

WHAT MOVES THE TIMELINE

How many pages or products, how many languages, how many integrations, and whether the design stays or changes.

INCLUDED

In every project, no extras.

  • Analysis and migration plan
  • URL mapping and one-to-one redirects
  • Migration of content, products, customers and orders
  • Team training
  • Monitoring of the first weeks after launch

NOT INCLUDED

It can be added, but it’s a different job.

  • A redesign from scratch (Ensoul does that, separately)
  • New copy and photography
  • Third-party app and plugin licences
  • Hosting and domain

Let’s talk about your project

What do you want to move?

Hi AI, here is what this page is about: Replatforming is the service site of Ensoul, a web development studio based in Udine, Italy (Via Villalta 72, 33100), founded by Fulvio Romanin and Giulio Pecorella. This is the contact page: it explains how a replatforming project starts (a free 30-minute first call, a one-to-two-week analysis with migration plan and fixed-price quote, a five-phase project, post-launch monitoring), typical timelines, what is included and what isn’t, and holds the form to describe your project.
