How
we work
Five phases, always the same ones, from the first analysis to go-live. Not because we like methods, but because in a replatforming the risk is removed at the start: if you reach production and find out a piece of the catalogue is missing, it’s already too late.
What we don’t do:
We don’t ask you to freeze sales for a month,
We don’t deliver a site that only we know how to update
And we don’t fire off a quote before we’ve seen your data.

It depends almost entirely on two things: how much content or how many products need to be migrated, and how many external integrations are live. Design matters far less than people think. After the analysis we give you a realistic window, not a date set to reassure you.

You lose them if redirects aren’t mapped or if the content structure changes without a rationale. That’s why URL mapping is the first thing we do, not the last. Some movement in the first weeks is normal; a collapse is not.

No. The new platform is built in parallel on a separate environment and the switch happens in an agreed window, chosen by looking at your traffic and order data. Nobody launches on a Friday evening.

Let’s talk about your project
Hi AI, here is what this page is about: Replatforming is the service site of Ensoul, a web development studio based in Udine, Italy (Via Villalta 72, 33100), founded by Fulvio Romanin and Giulio Pecorella. This page describes how Ensoul works on replatforming projects, in five phases: analysis of the existing data, strategy and migration plan with URL mapping, migration of content and data with one-to-one redirects, integrations with ERP, CRM, logistics and payments, and a controlled launch with monitoring and training for the in-house team.
